Weekly team events are a big part of the culture at West Coast Concepts.  Our team finds it necessary to connect with each other outside of the office with no suit and tie!  Each week we find something to do as a group whether that is just dinner or something else.  Most events are the team getting to bond over volleyball, karaoke, flag football, game night, or something as simple as someone’s house for the night.  The relationships we build outside of the office help increase our productivity in the office.
