Mission & Values
The companies that survive the longest are the ones that work out what they uniquely can give to the world – not just growth or money but their excellence, their respect for others, or their ability to make people happy. Some call those things soul.Charles Handy
West Coast Concepts will become domestically and internationally recognized for our simple, yet effective approach to outsourced sales and marketing. We will continuously expand and develop our organization by fostering the leadership development of individuals on our team. We will use our resources to further the growth of our team and our clients.
We do the right thing when no one is looking. Our words and actions match and we come through on anything we set out for ourselves to accomplish, always looking out for the win for client, customer and ourselves.
We believe you can make things happen or make excuses; it’s hard to do both. Life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it.
Our vision at West Coast Concepts is growth. We exist to challenge and develop our people while providing an opportunity for their own personal and professional goals as well.
We do not believe in the word manager here; we believe in showing others how to do something versus telling them what to do.
“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, shows the way.”- John Maxwell
We strive to have an environment where ideas are shared and everyone’s “brains are in the game”. We cannot improve without new thoughts and the more open communication within our team, the more we accomplish.
Being successful in business is one thing. Using your success as a tool to help positively impact the world is another. We strive to do both. We want to work to better those around us – in our company and our community.
Thomas Edison said, “Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work”. An outstanding work ethic will always beat talent and we pride ourselves in working with people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and go above and beyond what is expected.
Traditionally, learning is usually reserved in the classroom, however through experience we’ve noticed the more we invest in continually education our team, the greater return we get in overall performance. There are always things to learn and always room for improvement.
