Each quarter, West Coast Concepts attends a Leadership Development Conference. The purpose of the meeting is to network, give recognition to top performers, and learn best practices from the leaders in the industry. At our last meeting, Jackie received recognition in front of the entire group for his outstanding performance over the last quarter. It’s no wonder he was promoted to Assistant Management! The team also heard speakers discuss topics such as talent scouting, budgeting, training, systems, and new strategy for 2016.
